    Syntheses of existing research to summarize the current state of knowledge. Includes both peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed studies.

Quality measurement and risk adjustment are important to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and address the “wrong-pocket problem,” both of which require health systems and social services data.
